Can a pharma export medicines to US from a plant which has got a warning letter from US FDA?

For example, Halol facility of Sun Pharma has got a warning letter from US FDA from December 15. Is this facility still exporting to US?

Also, what is the difference between warning letter and import alert and when a warning letter is converted to import alert?
