I tried creating a simple business simulator (especially for established FMCGs), wherein one can input various ratios and observe the changes across the Cash Flow and Balance Sheet.
Please note that the fields in green can be edited.
Assumptions:
- No net working capital required
- No debt required
- A simplified depreciation cost based on previous year’s Net Assets.
- Constant rate of capex
- Constant margins
- CFO also includes interest earned on cash assets
