What interested me here is the 75% foreign ownership. I researched Wedgewood Holdings. Two things which alarm me, perhaps unjustified. Time will tell.
- A company Wedgewood Group Holdings is named in the Panama Papers. I have not yet determined whether there is any link to the current Wedgewood Holdings associated with Black Rose. Wedgewood Group Holdings was associated with Mossack Fonseca till 2007 when it was struck off for default.
- Currently Wedgewood Holdings LLP is registered as of 2011 as a limited liability partnership but I could not find any record or update of their financial returns etc.
