Autonomous vehicles - A revolution coming?

In the automobile sector huge disruptions are going to happen. The main thing will be electric vehicles. The other one is autonomous vehicles. (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) )
Nissan is going to set up a digital hub in kerala where main foccus is on electric vehicles and connected and autonomous vehicles

If this technology is going to develop in India this sector will be a huge wealth creator. I feel it will be nice to create a thread for this sector. together we can try to find some good companies which may be benefitted from this developments.

Danlaw Technologies - In AR it is written the acquisition of Time Products was through Share Purchase Agreement. Does it mean Titan/Tata has become a shareholder? Otherwise how they arranged the cost of 18 cr, is it a debt?
