Hi, came across this stock through screener alert, as this stock is touching 52-week high / All Time High.

Amazing to see this touching ATH in such a volatile market due to the Iran war.

Then came across this video, slightly dated but relevant

Good business which can be a pick and shovel stock for the pharma, cosmetics and in general premiumisation.

A more than a decade old business with good management ( with skin in the game). Promoters recently bought few stocks even on this higher valuation.

Very few players in this niche industry.

All looks good except the less frequent concalls and credit report by CRISIL stating - The Issuer is not co-operating.

Just tracking.

For now the only caution is lack of transparency at the managements end to not give any updates on phase 1 expansion which was delayed to January end. Some credible sources say it may not go live for another 3-4 months.

can you explain how did you arrive to the conclusion that min 2x allotment happened in retail category?

Since the Unit 3 expansion stands delayed, I have few questions:

  1. Phase 1 - It was supposed to become operational by Oct - Nov 2025. In 4-5 months of operation, this was supposed to do ~60 crs of sales. Do we have any fresh update regarding the commencement of this phase? 2400 tons, ~INR 700 realization - gives ~170-175 crs of sales. Is this correct?
  2. Phase 2 - This phase was supposed to become operational by June-July 2026. Any update on this as well. We are running on track here?
  3. Rating agency - CRISIL on Feb 27, 2026 mentions that issuer is not co-operating. 1 month later, CARE upgrades the rating. If anyone has access to the rating rationale of CARE, plz share.
