NCL Industries - Resumption of growth?

I have one question - just noticed that capacity utilisation of NCL industries was more than 90% while for other south based players it’s 70% + or 66%. Any comments on why this is the case ? And this looks like an advantage to me.

Could be bcz they have low capacity compared to demand or because their cement gets consumed in making bisonpanels (their another product). Maybe you will have to see annual report to understand this.
