A bit about my past: I am a typical middle-class mentality investor with no loans at the moment. I started my investments with ULIPS & MFs, supplementing it with a bouquet of insurance products such as term-insurance, medical insurance etc.

One more thing, before I sign off this note: My experience with most agents and brokers has not been good. It seems they are more concerned about their commissions which are inversely proportional to the quality of products they recommend. So, I am very critical of the advice doled out by this segment.
