I am an avid learner of investing and life. I started reading more and more about investing around 2019-20. Peter Lynch’s “One up on wall street” was probably one of the first few books that I read on investing and realised that it is not rocket science after all. Any person with decent intelligence, rational behaviour and some patience can achieve above average returns in the stock market. As I read more and more authors, I realised that there is more to investing than just making money, I believe it kind of teaches you how to live your life - with patience and low expectations.
Professionally, I am currently involved in a third generation family business. We manufacture and export engine parts.
My goal is to be “a lifelong learner” as Charlie Munger says, and I would love to expand my knowledge with the help of this discourse.
Thanks!
