In life as in books, there are no short cuts.
What u can do is select the topics you want to learn and focus on them. Begin with the aspects which fascinate you and which you feel you can easily use for practical purposes. That should reduce the workload.
Some aspects like wave theory, gann time theory etc are difficult things to master and are better left alone.
