Please do not share your phone no and/or email id on this public forum as it can be misused. One can directly send messages to the group admin or group member for request. All the city group forum threads would be closed. All those who have put their nos on these threads are requested to remove them for their own safety. Until the whole thread is cleaned up, it will remain locked. So please do not request moderators to open the thread, instead please ask your group members to do all the clean up work individually.

I request @hitesh2710 @desaidhwanil to share the link of the existing whatsapp group (if any) so that there is no duplication and there remains only the single group for Ahmedabad forum. As it was discussed in the thread by Hiteshbhai that Ahmedabad Baroda people meets few time in a year.

Total 8 members attended the meetup today. Below points were finalized pertaining to the functioning of this group.

Minutes of the meetup (3 Dec 2023)

  1. meetups will be held once a month on the first Sunday of every month.

  2. during the meetup, every member would share one idea, followed by a discussion on the topic.

  3. any discussion or updates related to functioning of the group will be shared on the group.

  4. the next venue for meetup would be updated before the next meetup. Hopefully we will zero-in on a fixed venue over time.

  5. most meetups would be informal discussions, but plan is to conduct formal presentations in few of the meetups. Details on the same would be discussed and finalized over time.
