For context, in the Mar result concall, they had mentioned that they’re changing the marketing agency as the product related marketing had resulted in a surge in the non-care therpay footfalls leading to a loss in rev.
I think broadly they covered the above points. For the marketing agency, In the previous call, I remember they were saying they are in the process of finalizing the marketing agency named Medulla Communications which is a leader in pharma industry. Didn’t give any update in this call.

OPD Clinics : Madhavbaug has emerged as a trusted name in the Ayurvedic cardiac rehabilitation and preventive care. As on March 31st, 2025, the company operates about 333 clinics all across India. So out of these, 21 are company clinics, along with that 54 are OPDs and mini clinics and 266 are franchise clinics.
These clinics contribute to around about 86% of the revenue.
**Hospital / Treatment center: ** operate 4 cardiac prevention and rehabilitation hospitals in Khopoli, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam and Vadodara, Gujarat, supported by a team of more than 450 Ayurvedic doctors. We empaneled with more than about 5 PPAs and 5 insurance companies to offer cashless facility at our Khopoli Hospital and now we have started the same at our Nagpur Hospital also. We remain one of the few Ayurvedic institutions in all over India with NABH accredited facilities, including our flagship Khopoli Hospital, as well as our Nagpur Kondhali Hospital, which both of them continue to be a benchmark in the heart disease reversal process.
At 2030, we aim to establish about 1,000 clinics, as well as more than 1,000 beds, and about equal facility to provide outpatient support to the coming to the hospitals. Particularly focusing majorly in the tier 1 as well as 2 cities throughout India. Additionally, through our Institute of Preventive Cardiology, we are committed to train more than 10,000 physicians who will be contributing to our growing network and help us continue to lead the field of preventive healthcare.
