Two issues with TCI Express -

  1. There is no moat in the business. company has no pricing power.
  2. CEO always talks positive. Overpromise, under deliver kind of guy.

Company tried to run asset light model of not owning trucks. Worked for a while.

Disc - no holding now. In the past, made good profit while it had a good run.

TCI Express CEO Chander Agarwal splurged S$468,090 (₹3.5 Cr) on girlfriend Felicia Lee. After the relationship ended, he claimed the amount spent was a loan & sued her to recover it. However, the SIngapore Court has rejected the claim.
