IMO if trades are large and meet the criteria for bulk deals (more than 0.5% and particularly to institutional investors), they are disclosed as bulk deals and not inside trades.

Would it be possible to create a grouped entity that aggregates all the naming variations based on fuzzy match from Shareholder search ?
Consider the following 3 examples, it would be ideal to view them as one/fewer consolidated entity in each case
Hi @Prdnt_investor, we purchase the SHP data from the exchanges. The data don’t contain any UUID or PAN to verify that these are the same institutions.
The shareholding patterns contain different variations of names across filings. We have created algorithms to merge shareholders with a common name. However, the algorithm sometimes merges two different people as it has no way of knowing if they are the same or different. We fix these manually in a few cases and I have noted the above and will share it with our team.
@kowshick_kk is there a way to add a industry filter? Suppose I want to filter on some financial metric but only limited to PSU Banks or Chemicals.? I just need a method to add and Industry = 'Chemicals'
; the data is already there as I can see all PSU banks but not sure how I can get it into screens.
Hello Team, Could you explain how you have calculated the Enterprise Value, especially of Insurance companies ? I am doubting the MCap/EV of all the Insurance companies is coming out to be @ 1.
Hi @sivaram, Yes, we do have the Industry filter option that can be applied on the screen results page.
Step 1 → Create a query and run the screen
Step 2 → On the top right corner of the results page, you will find the ‘‘Industry’’ tab. On the tab, you can choose the Industry of your choice.
Note: The Industry Filter is a premium feature.
Hi @Atul_Tandon, The formula that we use to calculate the Enterprise Value is Market cap + debt - cash
@kowshick_kk - can we create an email trigger if companies in watchlist fall below 200 DMA?
@kowshick_kk Can we have an email if there is a bulk/block deal in a watchlist
you can follow specific shareholder by going to Tools > Search Sharehoder > for example SageOne and follow them to get email update.
Note this is a premium feature.
Screenshot 1:
Screenshot 2:
Create a new screen.
Save it and choose get email update.
I am not sure if it is a premium feature. I have a premium subscription.
Note: This will send a mix of old and a new stock added to list everyday via email. Not a separate list of newly added. As per my experience of using some screeners.
I am not trying to follow a specific shareholder. I am trying to follow if the company in any watchlist has block/bulk deal. It does not matter who has done the deal.
@kowshick_kk Hello, i have a question related to stock return (price) cagr on screener. Do you include the split/bonus history while displaying the cagr? If not, any plans to do that? Cagr will look little different if bonus, split, dividends are included in calculation. Thanks
Thanks for the reply. I know this but was looking something different. I have created a watchlist of all my pf stocks in screener. There is no set screener query to create this watchlist. Now I wanted a trigger which alerts me on email if any of my pf stocks price fell below 200 dma. I have a premium subscription as well but not sure if this functionality is there in the screener.
Ohh then even i am not sure if this particular requirement can be fulfilled right now from screener, however in TradingView you can set an alert in your stock list and choose an existing applied indicator say SMA as a conditon when price goes down/up 200 SMA say for example.
Let @kowshick_kk responds to both of you for your particular requirement. Sorry i barged in with my little knowledge!
Yes, TV is the only option I think. Thanks for your responses though.
Hey @abhikjha, Currently, setting alerts only for the watchlist companies is impossible.
You can create a screen alert using the above criteria. However, this will include the whole universe of stocks.
Hey @pankajdewan, The Bulk/Block deal alerts are based on the Investors and not company-based alerts. However, this is on our to-do list and we aim to implement it in the coming days.
Can we have a grading parameter on stocks like you have put notes where people would be able to grade companies based on eg AAA, AA, A or seeda F grade .
Thanks
