Erstwhile DHFL shares are cancelled and extinguished when Piramal took over this. I am not sure any ongoing case is there by the equity shareholders of DHFL. But as per the resolution plan, shares were already cancelled and so this merger has no relevance of DHFL shareholders and they wont get anything
