Promoter selling worth 230 crores Stock Share Price | Get Quote | BSE

After such a huge selling, the market did not react very badly. There is nowhere to find the explanation for this sale. I request the other boarders to let me know if they know anything about this.

For standard company like NH, selling of 0.6% stake by promoter is no issue at all. They haven’t sold single share since 2017. Explanation of sales mostly not provided - however I assume it should be for philanthropic purpose. This is my biased views due to Dr Devi Shetty’s persona.

Last thing I would doubt about NH is mgmt credibility.
It is normal harvesting.
