Thank you @StageInvesting for review and comments.
JBMA, Olectra - multiple posts by me on these threads. Basically EV Bus story, order book, govt push on reducing city pollution.
Remsons - see the thread post on Company insiders buy tracker, concall notes, insider buy, future guidance on margins and revenue.
Sigachi - came up on my screener for high growth, so rear view mirror based driving based on under valuation and reversion to mean. Not an investment candidate, but a trading candidate now.
Arkade Developers - Ultra rich are buying more, concall notes.
Sorry for asking few silly questions, your views would be extremely helpful !
How about increasing debt in JBM, 1/3rd of OP going in interest payment. And don’t you think re-rating has been done!
Sigachi -any concern on increasing receivables and inventory and decreasing margins !
Every develpor has entered in this ultra-rich segment ! Don’t you feel it is getting crowded ( on supply side ) . And how many houses rich would buy ?
How about the likely impact on their export ? KPIT, Tata Elxi all talking about slowdown in Eurpean car market .
@StageInvesting Moving Bus, Your questions are not silly and I respect you a lot for your technical views in this forum and on twitter. I keep track of it as I am still a novice in that area. Thanks for asking as that pushes me to think. I try to get in when buses looks like reached the stop and starting to move back to my destination. So I try to take positions before turning in some cases and later, when sectors/stocks with strong moves visible try to hope in to that bus!
Thankfully, market showing signs of reversal, so readjusting the porfolio using this correction for tax loss harvesting looks beneficial so far. Today PF went up by 3.25% and that is comforting.
You should like this and Olectra than me, as you are a moving BUS and in bus sector, now EV Bus is moving. (Pun intended and only that is intended).
I agree that debt is higher than what I like. I usually try to buy with D/E < 1. However, here I am looking at EV bus story which is new for them and they built good capacity for this.
I dont think rerating is done. Valuation cooled down and it should grow reasonably well along with Olectra unless execution gets messed up or if Tata/Switch Mobility etc takes away major business and growth falters.
This is more of trading bet with strict stop loss. Most my investments I have March beginning low as my stop loss. Valuation factored these and little extra I feel. I am looking for that extra. This is one of the first exit candidate to release my money after using my cash position if market changes direction convincingly.
Since Kernex was falling fauther from the previous lows, I used today’s upmove to exit it. Kavach orders they are yet to prove delivery, though received orders.
I could not study many or did not analyse the whole sector to choose from. After this came up on my screener screen, whatever I saw on this, I liked and decided to take a small position and watch.
Godrej properties is another one, I bought some position on improving ground situation and promoter buy.
They entered to more segment and multiple pointer align to a good future and possibly a re-rating as well. In anycase, we can only know so much ahead and we can go wrong always. So this microcap/nanocap is an effort to see how it goes. I increased the investment here little more to reach 3%.
Investments in advisor adviced stocks are low as my advisor increased the cash position. So when that advices starts flowing, I will exit some fully/partially based on loss or profit that time.
Reduced PI Ind & Bajaj Finance to 3%
Increased KRN to close to 3%
Increased Remsons to close to 3%
Increased RPTech to 2%
Increased Indigo Paints to 2.2%
Increased TIMETechno to 2.5%
Increased Godrej Properties to 1%
Exited Kernex, M&M and Vaibhav Global.
Portfolio improved by 5% in two days.
Exited Sarda Energy, Arkade .
Increased Shaily,
Exited South Indian Bank & Entered Arman Financials
Thanks for sharing the details here. Do you have a number in mind for the number of stocks you will buy and do you follow a maximum % allocated to a particular stock or sector ? Just wanted to know.
Thank you for asking.
