Intec Capital: SME Asset Financing

and again…looks like they really like doing it

Promoters have increased their share holding from38.27% to 55.23% in the last 6 months.

Below are the numbers:

Some more Capital Infusion from renowned PE Firm Motilal Oswal. Interestingly, the PE Firm is now a co-promoter of Intec Capital. More info on the below link.

My question to fellow investors:

1.Can we hope better corporate governance going forward with PE Firm Motilal Oswal becoming co-promoter?

2). Why is the share price falling despite decent 2014 Q3 performance (compare to 2013 Q3)?

Disc: invested in Intec and newbie to SME Asset Financing.

Pantec Devices Pvt Ltd is buying in bulk from market , Senior members any view ?

As hinted at before also, Intec Capital is an AVOID.

Hi Donald,

We did ask to send the full (all of 9 pages) questionnaire by email for an in-depth understanding of the business and the challenges before it. We were welcome to send that, but not assured of a response

Did we got any response on same?

Frankly, it is our fault too.

Haven’t bothered to follow-up.

Hi can any one summarize what wrong happened with the company? In the hind sight, we can analyse the reasons for failure and add them to our framework of analysis and be better prepared for the future investments.
