Thanks for updating. Yes, it looks better now.

Pls note that HOCL received 22.63Cr FY17-18 from encroached property sale ( “Income from Slum sale (ISRO)” from AR 2018) and I believe the encroached property need not be written off completely as I understand. If we look at NBCC website (http://www.nbccindia.com/nbccindia/nroot/njsp/hocl.jsp), the land for development is marked as 500 acres.

The crucial part is how HOCL is going run Kochi plant in the coming quarters.
