E-pack durables - ODM worth a serious look

I might get a chance to buy in 260s again afterall!

The results were bad and even worse than expected. But I think this would be rectified in Q3 and Q4.

Let us see what they say in the concall tomorrow. Will update in detail after that.

I started tracking this counter recently. Did you find any answer to the resignation and related party transactions? Looks like the price will take further beating due to topline collapse and OPM volatility in Q2.

I think most of the fall is already priced in since the market was expecting poor results anyways because of unseasonal rains and floods dampening the RAC demand. The stock is already close to its 52 week low. I think it will find support around 300 before moving up again. But, it will become a great value buy if it gets locked in 20% LC tomorrow :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Any specific reason for a 60% fall from ATH, Any Negative News? Can it be accumulated here

They have been missing estimates and losses have widened. Don’t buy before it starts showing signs of a reversal. Buy expensive but with confirmation.

You get value on stocks when every one is pessimist. I guess. I am sharing my bit as I have learned a lot from this group as such

  1. Poor Season- A/C season was extremely bad for the industry. nothing specific to EPACK. Is A/C sales going to revive - Watch weather forecast for next summer
  2. Management- I found them good
  3. Expansion to other products- deleveraging A/C- Strong Plans and we have seen new product launches
  4. EPAVO- Motor picking up…supported by easing of rare earth material if they at all go in BLDC motors (confident but not sure)
  5. CAPEX- Big Plans…
  6. Valuation - See PE at yearly level and you will start sensing opportunity

Disclaimer- Biased and Invested

The JV Losses have increased a lot, optics look bad but structurally the company had a healthy Gross Margin compared to last December
