Assuming they do a 25Cr no ans you give a 20x earnings 500Cr / 475Cr should be fair value as on today.
Lets the merger details come in on there special meeting so ratios would be out
, unsure that has happened .
Holdinh company was given 9.3 crore - so based on 33% share it could be more than 25 crore right ?
Promoters are good , so we can get 150 rupees ok this

As per my calculation Estimated success ratio is 4.6, in negeral actual success ration is 2 to 6 times of estimated one.
Today stock is up 12%, one should wait till record date, may get more premium.
