hello…I am planning to put up a few videos on youtube regarding fundamental analysis of a few stocks…just wanted to make sure if its okay to do that acc to SEBI rules…I will be putting proper disclosures in place…can anyone please give any clarity

you can put your analysis. But better not to put price targets and do not put buy/sell recommendations. And also do not take counter positions to your analysis in the market. That is, if you are doing a bullish analysis, don’t sell stock before or immediately after. Follow -30 / +5 days rule.

so basically I can go ahead and put up videos right even if I am not a SEBI regd investment advisor or RA…just have to disclose these facts properly…Thanx
