Hemispheres property major land holding is in Pune which is beside Indian army

Pune area is large but value not so much
Bcos of large area, outright sale also may not be possible as per last agm comments as no such large demand there
I’m from Delhi and the delhi land is super valuable provided court case resolved and land used changed if needed

Hemisphere property in chattarpur is clean (as per company) and they r developing it with nbcc & cpwd. In private mkt this 58acre will fetch 1500cr even at circle rate. It’s poor execution so far since if they cut 500yd plots they will sell like hot cakes instead of offering 1 acre plots at 25cr each.

GK property is just icing over cake

Gk property is the cake. Check the valuations reported by the company themselves

Both stocks are up about 35-50% from last discussion. No news but just market run up. Not the time to be greedy. Time to take profit and get on the sidelines till it falls down or if new news comes.

BEML is in a Sweet Spot with multiple business in Defence, Railway, Construction, Mining that would continue to play out in coming days -An analytical brokerage report by Prabhudas Liladhar !

As of Oct 2022 value of property is 2325 Crs.
2023 & 2024 should have increased property prices still further IMO which is based on BLR real estate Txns.
MCap today is 1230 Crs
