I understand that most of us are looking for convenience so we see Big Basket regularly. Maybe that is why we have this awareness bias about it.
Anyways the numbers for Big Basket are not that great. As of now for every rupee earned it spends 1.1 rupees.
Not being critical of a startup because I think their financials will never speak about the problem they are trying to solve until they grow out of this phase of the life cycle.
