Looks like Indiabulls is positive w.r.to Demonetization… Robust collection improvements !!! And revised growth target 5 to 7% for next fiscal year.
Demonetization can result in fall in real estate values and disruption in cash flow of their customers which could lead to a pick up in NPAs in the short term. They also have the largest LAP portfolio among the peers which is sensitive to economic slowdowns. Having said that, the correction is overdone and stock looks undervalued.
