Hi, do we have case studies of such companies gone bust and how retail investors can avoid the traps. Is there a common modus operandi, say Related party transaction, cash flow statements etc. which can raise red flag.

I am happy to see few investors raised concern after hearing the Management speak with poor authority.

When a management doesnā€™t give you a definite roadmap, but tell you they will make the company a billion dollar company by so and so year, thatā€™s a definite red flag for meā€¦ :slight_smile:

The losses I made with Shilpi, with a momentary lack of judgement, took 3.5 years to recover.
