Blackrock Inc acquired 5% on behalf of Discretionary management clients.

Can some one help what does this mean. Could it be the eventual acquirer to hide its identity is acquiring through a conduit.

Market talk is that the Fortis deal is taking time due to the Zakir Naik deportation spat between India and Malaysia . There is govt. pressure on Fortis not to go or to go slow with the IHH bid. Tricky situation if this news has any credibility.

Guys, why fortis failed to create wealth for minority share holders where as Apollo did well. Can some fortis investor answer this. Share price moved hardly since 10 years.
